Ten years of Fieldays has finally paid off for the staff of the Clark Equipment NZ stand, who won the best small outdoor stand of the week.
Ten years of Fieldays has finally paid off for the staff of the Clark Equipment NZ stand, who won the best small outdoor stand of the week.
Auckland and Northland area manager Terry Borrie is over the moon about the win, proudly boasting the award on the corner of their stand.
“Ten years we’ve been here trying to get that,” he says. “I’ve been with a couple of companies all trying to get that same award.”
For the last seven years Clark Equipment have had the same corner stand on K45. Mr Borrie says it is a great position for traffic and easy to work with.
“We have spent a lot of time of the site. We’ve been doing it for the last couple of years so we know the layout. It gets quicker every year.”
He will definitely be bringing the bobcats back for a few more years.
“You’ve gotta be here to be seen, you never know what you’re gonna get out of it.”
He works on the site with Hamilton and Waikato area manager Warrick Reid, South Island area manager Clint Radovancich, and their general manager Mark Gover.
