A swather, or windrower, is a farm implement that cuts hay or small grain crops forming them into a windrow.
It took owner, Te Puke’s Neville Marsh, six years to design Marshn Rings which can fit up to 2800 rotary size swathers.
The name Marshn comes from a conference where Neville heard the name and decided to call it his own.
Combining his surname with the company logo, the Marshn Ring was a humourous pun.
“I’m Marsh that developed the ring,” says Neville.
Neville Marsh Contracting Ltd has exhibited at Fieldays for 10 years.
The company specialises in agricultural contracting. It also sells portable weighbridges, certified by partnering company Accurate Weighing Limited.
