Boot Camp: Survival of the fittest
At last, the moment of truth had arrived. Would I, Laura Peacock, be any fitter than when I started the Fit and Fierce Boot Camp exactly six-weeks ago?

Well, I am happy to report that I saw a 249% fitness improvement from my initial fitness tests.
I managed to shave a minute off my 2k run time, and hammered out plenty more sit-ups, press-ups and squats.
I was surprised. Not because I had any lack of faith in the programme, but because I am an over-indulgent student.
All the ladies saw vast improvements in their fitness thanks to Rachel Dombroski’s no-nonsense, effective programme.
“It’s rewarding for me to see the ladies not only enjoy it and get results, but want to come back again,” said Rachel.
Looking back to week one where I could barely walk home after my first session, I am proud that by week six I could competently walk out the door, no troubles.
I have immensely enjoyed the Boot Camp and would like to thank Rachel for all her hard work and commitment to us boot camp ladies.
If you, like me, sometimes struggle to find the motivation to get fit and healthy then I definitely recommend the Fit and Fierce Boot Camp.
I know the words fit, fierce and boot camp all being in the same sentence is quite frightening. But I assure you, if I can do it, anyone can.
Let’s face it we all have been spending a lot more time firmly on our couches, courtesy of the Olympics.
So if you need a push in the right direction (away from the couch) consider the Fit and Fierce Boot Camp for the boost you need to get things back on track.
Unfortunately Rachel can’t get rid of me that easily because I have signed up for another six-week boot camp starting, immediately.
In the words of Destiny’s Child “I’m a survivor, I’m not goin’ give up, I’m not goin’ stop, I’m goin’ work harder.”
See you Monday, Rachel.
