Spark director Kat Cox is over the moon with how the festival went and already looking ahead to next year’s event.
Spark director Kat Cox was delighted and proud with how the week-long festival went this year.

Spark is an international festival that showcases speakers over five days with different evening and day presentations to engage Wintec media students.
Kat said that she was “over the moon” with how the week went and also the great lineup of speakers and suggestions for next year.
But Kat was disappointed with an extremely late pullout by Moritz Waldemeyer who was working on the London Olympics. “We are dealing with people working on massive projects like that but I was gutted he pulled out.”
Kat thought it was great to see a room pack out and she is excited to see the lineup for next year.
