Would you use the Hamilton – Auckland train?
A: Yup.
Would you pay $25 one way, or is that too steep?
I think that’s a fine price. I have a gold card that may make a difference to the price.
Do you think the train system would bring Aucklanders to the Waikato so they can commute to work in Auckland?
Prices in Auckland are beyond so many people’s reach so I think it would.

Would you use the Hamilton-Auckland train?
Yeah, definitely. I think it’s a good idea.
Would you pay $25 one way, or is that too steep?
I guess, if you think about buses, they’re cheaper. I don’t think the price of the train is too unreasonable.

Probably, it’s really expensive to live there. I guess if you think about the bus though, it’s cheaper.

Would you use the Hamilton-Auckland train?
Yes I would.
Would you pay $25 one way, or is that too steep?
It depends what the alternatives are, like buses. Also I would think it would be cheaper than driving all the way and then there’s parking prices in the Auckland CBD.

Potentially. I think for areas surrounding Hamilton there is a lot of land to be developed. There will of course be compromise though – more people equals a higher population and so on.
