Kiwis knock Aussies for six

The cricket world is in uproar after Australia’s Cameron Bancroft tampered with the ball during their recent Test defeat in South Africa. Today Australian cricket Captain Steve Smith, Vice Captain David Warner and Batsman Cameron Bancroft were sent home. The NZ Herald reported South African test great Fanie de Villiers was suspicious of reverse swinging by the Australians. Fanie said “We actually said to our cameramen … go out (and) have a look boys. They’re using something.” We asked people in Hamilton’s CBD what their take on the Aussie ball tampering scandal was.

I don’t really watch cricket so I don’t really care. But it’s not a good look I guess.

I think that a temporary ban and some other penalties should be sufficient. It’s only a grade two offence.
