NZ’s first fuel cell SUV

Hyundai unveiled their new fuel cell NEXO  SUV on the first day of Fieldays 2019.

NEXO’s fuel cell system combines oxygen and hydrogen to power its electric drive motor and charge its high voltage battery.

The only emissions are purified air and water.

To prove their point the manufacturer hooked the car up to a fish tank and a hydroponic lettuce tray.
