Naan-serious: From clay oven to your plate
The Address Indian Kitchen is one of the many businesses cooking at Fieldays this year.
They have spent the last few days on site catering for the other vendors and volunteers who have been setting up the annual show.
Something that stands out about The Address Indian Kitchen is how “homemade” their naan is.
Sharing his experience at Fieldays so far, owner Deep Batth said he was excited for how busy they were going to get and then proceeded to make a fresh naan (a type of Indian bread cooked in a clay oven) in front of me.
Here are some photos of his process:
This is Batth’s first year cooking at Fieldays. His business can be found parallel to the Mystery Creek Pavilion, in food court number three.
