FMG takes out the Best Customer Engagement Award

The free muffins, coffees and pumpkin soup went down well at FMG’s award-winning site

FMG Advice and Insurance’s focus has always been customers but to win the Best Customer Engagement Site Award at Fieldays was an “unexpected bonus”.

 The FMG site at Fieldays had free muffins, coffees and pumpkin soup to offer as well as some rural insurance advice.

National event manager Michelle Stevens said they certainly did not set up to win an award and are really proud with the results.

“There are so many incredible exhibitors here and especially to win the customer experience award is huge, because that’s who we are as an organisation.

  “We really wanted to create a site where we could welcome our clients. For them to come in, sit down, have a rest, have a coffee and a chat,” Stevens said.

 Freebies definitely attracted a lot of clients. FMG went through about 72 litres of pumpkin soup in four days and 62 litres of milk a day. “That’s a lot of coffees!” Stevens adds.
