A set of books on aviation and a box full of fiction by American author Clive Cussler are among the offerings at this years Rotary Book Fair in Te Awamutu. 

The annual fair which raised $13,000 last year has CDs, DVDs, books and jigsaw puzzles on offer.  

Fund raised are used to support charities – last year they included the Te Awamutu Competitions Society and Loving Arms, a Te Awamutu based charity that give clothing, bedding and nappies, 

Organiser Laurel Smith says donations received to date for the early June fair include the collection of aviation book and adventure books by Cussler, who wrote thrillers starting in the late 1970s. 

All the books go through a checking process, but not all books will be sold  -Rotary donates some to school libraries.

Books on local history go to the Te Awamutu Museum. 

Books puzzles, DVDs and CDs can be left in the foyer of Mitre 10 Te Awamutu.
