Mystery Creek set for biggest Fleet Days

More than 1,500 people are expected at the 2026 EROAD Fleet Days at Mystery Creek this week.

The event will bring together fleet buyers, fleet managers, business owners and key decision-makers from the light and heavy commercial vehicle sectors.

Mystery Creek Events Centre will host the tenth anniversary of the event from August 5 to 6, bringing much of New Zealand’s fleet industry together for a two-day conference and vehicle showcase.

Fleet Days has expanded from a one-day event to a two-day programme this year to accommodate more exhibitors, speakers and attendees, with a focus on sharing ideas and showcasing technology shaping the future of fleets.

EROAD head of marketing James MacVicar said bringing industry leaders, suppliers and clients together was important for improving safety, compliance and governance.

“We all have a role to play to make our roads safer. We want to ensure our industry grows and learns from each other,” he said.

MacVicar said this year’s event was the largest held so far and was expected to offer more opportunities for connection, while entertaining, engaging and informing the industry.

“It shows the importance of this event to the sector. We don’t want the event to be just another conference, which is why we put so much effort into curating a speaker line-up of world-class speakers, industry experts and exhibitors.

“We want to demonstrate our commitment to the New Zealand fleet industry, grow awareness and adoption of safety, compliance and efficiency technology, and create a unique environment where industry peers and partners can come together to discuss shared challenges and opportunities.”

Originally established by Waikato Regional Council in 2012, the event is now run by EROAD, the New Zealand fleet technology company known for electronic road-user charges, GPS tracking and fleet management systems.
